We are excited to report that we have another happy X-Jow user! As an ACSM certified personal trainer, athlete and outdoor enthusiast who does everything, including rock climbing, canyoneering and slacklining, Jenn McAmis is no stranger to pushing physical limits or overcoming injury resulting from pushing those limits. We were very happy to send Jenn some X-Jow Pain Gel to try out and are so very glad it helped her more better recover from long-time injury. Even before she wrote about it on her blog, she sent this in an email:
I know I keep raving and you already know your product is amazing, but it’s so incredible! I injured my ankle extremely badly last August (I swung while I was rappelling which basically means my ankle took a lot of momentum and my entire body weight…I was facing the inside of my foot while the outside edge was against the wall. I tore/strained/pulled absolutely everything possible but didn’t break it). I’ve been having major problems with it since. I rested and healed, then rolled it again. Over and over. It’s finally been feeling a lot better, but always tight and I didn’t have anywhere near the plantar flexion that’s normal or my former ballerina self was used to. I’ve used the gel on my ankle for two days…I’m almost back to 100% pain free range of motion. I’m kind of in shock, but so extremely grateful. Anything else I can do to help publicity, let me know. I’m a believer and then some!
